This Alfresco Natural Gas Sear Zone Side Burner features a 27,500 BTU ceramic infrared burner that preheats to over 1,500 degrees in about 4 minutes. This AXE model sear zone side burner has a rapid preheat for easy searing or complete cooking, all commercial stainless steel for lasting durability, heli-arc welded seams, a matching stainless steel cover and control knob accent lights to match the Alfresco Grills product line. 110V is required for ignition.
