Four cast stainless steel burners, two infrared searing burners, and a rear infrared rotisserie burner come through with 85,000 BTUs for cooking anything and everything you could want. The primary cooking area comprised of 10mm hexagonal stainless steel cooking grids provides 712 sq. inches of cooking space. The upper removable warming rack provides 292 sq. inches of additional space. With plenty of room for varied heat zones, any home chef will feel like a pro. The Grand Turbo uses a ceramic brick radiant heat system above the burners to evenly spread heat and keep temperatures consistent. The included rotisserie kit adds another layer of variety, as does the smoker box, which can be used to infuse delicious wood fired flavor to any food. Interior halogen lights let you grill at any time of day (or night).The control knobs are lit by temperature indicating LED lights. Blue lights indicate when the corresponding burner is off, and red light indicates when gas is flowing. A spring assisted hood adds to the accessibility and ease of use of the grill. A hood mounted temperature gauge lets you know when the fire is just right without lifting the hood.
