The stainless steel sleeve around the edge of the grill allows you to set the grill lid on top allowing the heat to remain stable as it rises up and flows over the pizza for a constant and even cooking. Each kit comes with one hi-temp thermometer, one 14 inch porcelain coated steel pizza pan, one pizza peel, and two handles. The kit also includes a 15 inch pizza stone and wooden pizza peel for creating the perfect oven roasted pizza. You can also use the kit to bake cookies too!
