Whatever temperature you choose, the curved inner liner circulates the heat for evenly cooked crust and toppings, occasionally permitting some to slip through the airflow openings on the sides and back of the unit to prevent overheating. The front of the oven, meanwhile, stays cooler thanks to the double-walled door, which also features a window so you can monitor your pizzas as they bubble toward perfection.
