This griddle will provide even heating for cooking pancakes, fajitas, bacon, veggies, or any other griddle treat, right over your Solaire Infrared burner. Takes the place of a cooking grate when in use. For use with Solaire model 27GXL gas grills only. Will not work with Solaire model 27G gas grills.
