This turkey fryer from Bayou Classic is the perfect vessel for frying a holiday turkey or boiling a large batch of seafood. The fryer includes a 32 quart stainless steel stock pot with vented lid, a perforated poultry rack with grab hook, 1 oz trial seasoning injector, and a three piece detachable skewer set. Also included is a perforated basket which can be used to steam, boil or fry, and 12-inch thermometer, measuring between 50 and 750 degrees. The stock pot is constructed from 6 mm, 22 gauge stainless steel making it durable without being too heavy.
